2021 CoSIDA ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT TEAMS

Men's Volleyball senior Ian Capp has been selected to the 2020-21 CoSIDA Academic All-District Team.

Capp was named to the Men's At-Large All-District first team after compiling a 3.58 GPA in Exercise Science. The Mechanicsburg, Pa. native became the first three-time All-American in program history after totaling 118 assists, 78 points, 45 kills, 43 digs, 27 aces, and 10 blocks over six matches this season.

The 2020-21 Academic All-District® Men’s At-Large Team, selected by CoSIDA, recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom. The CoSIDA Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

First-team Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CoSIDA Academic All-America® ballot. First, second, and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early August.

The CoSIDA Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed on the following pages and are divided into geographic districts across the United States and Canada. The Division II and III CoSIDA Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2020-21 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CoSIDA Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA national office.
